What does it look like when integrating Working Papers with the app?


Within the Working Papers file, you can access the Xtend app to directly send and receive requests. Xtend is associated with the engagement itself. The new receive button in Working Papers can be tailored to automatically receive accepted documents from the Xtend app with customisation.

Do I need to provide portal access to my clients to get them to submit their data and files to me?


Yes. Note that you can restrict their access to a very basic level, and they won’t see anything you don’t give them specific access to.
