They're not waiting for change - they're driving it. The Caseware 30 Under 30 Awards exist to find them, celebrate them and give them the platform they deserve.
Introducing our inaugural class
In our first year, we're proud to launch an awards programme that puts the next generation of accounting talent firmly in the spotlight. Thirty exceptional professionals. One powerful moment of recognition. And a signal to the wider profession that the future is already here.
Our 30 Under 30 honourees will receive live recognition at CwX North America 2026 in Fort Lauderdale - one of the profession's most anticipated events of the year - along with visibility across the global accounting community. And for our top winner, we're preparing a once-in-a-career mentoring prize that we can't wait to reveal.
This is just the beginning

We're looking for the professionals who go beyond the brief. The ones who bring fresh thinking to complex problems, who mentor those around them, who champion technology without losing sight of what great work really looks like. In short, the people who are quietly, and not so quietly, shaping what accounting looks like tomorrow.
