Email notifications for requests
Email notifications sent to clients
Clients are emailed when a request needs their attention, so they don't have to sign in to the client portal to check. Emails are sent in your firm's name, with your firm's logo.
Immediate emails
Clients receive an email straight away for the requests that need a response:
-
They are assigned to a request
-
They are assigned to a request question
-
Something is returned to them
Each email identifies the firm and the engagement, says what is needed and links to the request in the client portal.
Consolidated emails
Where several things happen for the same client within a short period, those actions are grouped into a single email rather than sent separately. This keeps the volume down when you are working through a request.
Email notifications sent to staff
As a staff member, you are automatically subscribed to notifications for any request you send. You receive an email when a client submits a response and when a client leaves a comment on a request question. You are also notified each time a client resubmits, whether the question was Response Submitted or Returned.
