To select Do This
A folder or document Click the folder or document.
Two or more items in sequence
  1. Click the first folder or document you want to select.
  2. Press and hold SHIFT while you click the last folder or document in the group.
Two or more items out of sequence Press and hold CTRL while you click each folder or document.
