Miscellaneous Invoices Document

Miscellaneous invoices take their data from the Receivables instead of the WIP that the Billings from WIP dialog uses. Invoices can be printed in bulk for all clients or all invoices, using a range of clients or invoices numbers, or on a client per client basis.
