To check the log for a batch email

  1. While in the Batch Email dialog, click the button Logs located at the bottom of the dialog.
  2. As necessary, reset the filter for the list (View all or View own logs).
  3. Select a log in the list and then click the Open button at the bottom of the dialog.

Logs are saved in HTML format and open in your internet browser software.
