To change your password

1. On the Tools menu, click Protection and then Change Password.
2. Enter the password you have been using to date. For security purposes, asterisks (*) appear instead of letters.
3. Enter the password you want to use the next time you log into the file.
4. Re-enter the password you want to use the next time you log into the file.
5. Click OK.
