To remove a user from a protection group

1. On the Tools menu, click Protection and then Protection Setup.

2. Under Available Groups, click the Plus button () beside a protection group to view the users assigned to the group.

3. Select the user you want to remove and then click .

Notes

• If the user was assigned to only one protection group, removing them removes them from the protection group only. The staff list remains and users can be easily re-assigned to other protection groups in the file.
