Exporting Journal Entries to an ASCII text file

Export Time journal entries to a fixed length ASCII text file. The journal entries can be exported for the desired period.

The journal entries available for export are:

• Invoices journal (SJ)
• Cash receipts journals (CR)
• Credit note journals (CN)
• Time journals (TJ) (Only approved entries)
• Expenses journals (EJ) (Only approved entries)

There are two options available in this export:

• Detail - Click this radio button to export fully detailed transactions. Structure of the file exported
• Summary - Click this radio button to export only summary information. Structure of the file exported
