Viewing the Document Index
The Document Index is a comprehensive list of the documents and folders on the Document Manager and therefore should contain everything in the file. Each document on the Document Manager has the option of being included in the Document Index. When creating new documents, they are automatically included in the Document Index. To exclude a document from the Document Index, on the Document menu, click Properties and then clear the Include in Document Index check box.
