To view the trial balance

1. While on the Document Manager, scroll down to find the Accounts Receivable Trial Balances folder.

   Note: The Accounts Receivable Trial Balances folder contains a variety of trial balance documents.
2. Open the folder and subfolders until you find the report that best displays the information you want.
3. Double-click to view the applicable report.

While viewing a Trial balance summary document, you can drill-down from it to the detailed Trial balance for each item.
