To create memos for the trial balance report

1. On the Setup menu, click clients.
2. Select the applicable client.
3. Click the Memos tab.
4. Enter the applicable description you want to appear on the trial balance report.
5. Click Close.
   When printing a trial balance report with memos, this description will appear on the document.
