How do I make a client inactive?

Answer

Clients are made inactive by selecting Inactive in the Type box in the Clients dialog. However, a client can be marked as inactive only if there is absolutely no outstanding WIP or accounts receivable activity for that client. During the year end close, inactive clients are excluded from the new year's files.
