Interest Charges

Question

I have already processed interest charges, but I now want to eliminate these charges and re-process the interest. Is there a way to do this?

Use the Reverse Interest command. You can access the Reverse Interest dialog from the menu Process | Billings/Invoices | Interest | Reverse. For more information on this command, see here.
