CaseWare Germany GmbH provides SmartExporter binaries to you under a proprietary software license. But some features were made with open or free software. Links identifying the specific software and leading you to the corresponding license information can be found below.
More specifically, most of the source code is under proprietary software license. The remainder of the software which is not under such license is available under one of a variety of other free or open source licenses. Those licenses that require reproduction of the license text in the distribution are also below. Caseware holds copyright on all changes and is not subject to redistribution since we do not sublicense any software requiring us to do so.
