Prerequisites - directDART

To use the directDART Additional Data Source the following requirements have to be met:

  • SAP ECC 6.0 base release 7.00 or higher
    • SAP_ABA: SAPKB70009
    • SAP_BASIS: SAPKB70009
    • SAP_APPL: SAPKH60006
  • SmartExporter SAP® components version 8.0.0000 or higher
  • Installation of the directDART Additional Data Source on the SAP® system
  • In the SmartExporter Windows client you have to use a Data Dictionary which contains the tables for the directDART Additional Data Source.
  • To use the Additional Data Source directDART, you must have a separate license for directDART and activate it in the SmartExporter Windows client.

Note:

- directDART does not support S/4HANA. This means that you cannot use the Additional Data Source directDART if you are using S/4HANA.

- If you want to uninstall the directDART Additional Data Source, you can do so from SmartExporter SAP® Components 8 onwards using the files in the Deletion folder, which you will find in your download package in the following directory: SAP Components\SmartExporter SAP Components\DataSources\directDART\Transport\Deletion
