Authorization Concept for the Additional Data Sources

Since the tables of type ‘INTTAB’ of the Additional Data Sources are not part of the SAP® Data Dictionary there is no authorization check with authorization objects S_TABU_DIS or S_TABU_NAM available.

Depending on the implementation of the Additional Data Sources the SAP® authorization checks remain active. Please refer to the documentation of the specific Additional Data Source for a detailed description of the implemented authorization checks and the SAP® standard authorizations used.

In addition, the SmartExporter SAP® components authorization profiles may be used to define a more granular authorization check for individual tables of an Additional Data Source.
