Help

You can use both the online help and the offline help as well as the tutorial which describes the central features using examples. The online help is selected by default. To switch between online and offline help click on Use online help in the status bar Select the type of help and select Use offline help.

You also find the SmartAnalyzer App SDK version number here. This might be an important piece of information when you contact the support.

For a support request also the log file might be useful. Click Show Log Files to display all log files in the following directory .../ user name/AppData/Roaming/CaseWare IDEA/SmartAnalyzer/Logs.
