Dynamic Data Request

In this dialog box you can assign a template, a filter or tables to the selected dynamic Data Request. Please refer to the Data Request Document Placeholders section to learn how to use placeholders in a Data Request template.

Step-by-Step

  1. Select a template. The template has to be in RTF format. The selection of a template is necessary so that the filters and tables can be assigned to the selected Data Request.
  2. Enter a filter by which you want to filter the original data. It is recommended to only set a filter if you have thorough knowledge of the ERP system. Click the icon next to the field to open the Filter dialog box. Here you can enter strings required to filter the data.
  3. A Data Request can support one or several tables, at least one tables has to be specified. If you want to use more than one table, click Add a new table. For every table you have to define some fields. To do this click the icon next to each table you want to include in the Data Request. The Table Attributes dialog box is launched. If you have created more than one table, you can change their order using the arrows.
  4. Click Apply and Close to apply your entries and close the dialog box.

Click Delete selected item data to delete tables. However, at least one table has to be available.

Click Cancel to delete all entries that have not been saved yet and close the dialog box.
