Descriptive Text Files

In this dialog box you can add or remove Doc Tabs (Audit Objectives, Examples and Hints) and the corresponding text files.

Click the image to receive help for the icons of this dialog box.

Clicking the Apply and Close icon saves the entries and closes the dialog box.

Click the Add Doc Tab icon to add a Doc Tab.

Click the Remove Doc Tab icon to delete the selected Doc Tab.

Moves all highlighted descriptive text files one position up.

Moves all highlighted descriptive text files one position down.

Use the Help icon to display the corresponding help content.

  1. To add a Doc Tab click the Add Doc Tab icon. A dialog box opens.
  2. Select a Doc Tab and click the Add button. You can add further Doc Tabs.
  3. Select the text which will be displayed by double-clicking the corresponding field in the area File Name. A Browse button appears.
  4. Click the Browse icon to choose a file (RTF format) which includes the text to be shown for the selected Doc Tab.
  5. Using the check boxes Include in Reports, Display as Help and Visible you can determine where the text should be shown. Select the check box Visible to make sure the Doc Tabs are shown in the Description window in the Select & Run module. If the text should only be shown in a report de-activate the other check boxes. Include in Reports and Display as Help can only be chosen once.
  6. Save the changes by clicking the Apply and Close icon.

You can decide whether the file should be referenced to or imported into the project. Enable or disable the check box in the Reference only area.
