Audit Test Navigator Tree Editor

The property Audit Test Navigator is responsible for storing strings which are used to place audit tests in the navigator. The navigator tree uses filters which are built based on a Starts-With command. Each node checks whether an audit test exists which has the corresponding Audit Test Navigator property value. It also checks if the value starts with a given filter string.

Step-by-Step

  1. Open the Audit Test Navigator Tree Editor by clicking the Browse button.
  2. The name you entered in the Name field within the New SmartAnalyzer App SDK Project dialog box is shown in the list.
  3. To add a new node choose an existing node and click the Specify a filter for the selected node icon.
  4. Enter a name for the new node.
  5. To enter a filter string select a node and enter a filter string in the corresponding field. You can use the filter to assign an audit step to a node. To do this, enter the filter in the Audit Text Navigator field of the Audit Step.
  6. For the first node you can add an additional filter. This is to make sure that the selected branch will only be shown in the tree in case the mentioned app is installed. This additional filter (An application aliases filter) can only be set for the first level in a tree.
  7. You can move a selected node one level up or down by using the arrows.
  8. Use the Apply and Close icon to save the changes made in the Audit Test Navigator Tree Editor.
