Select Content Items

This this dialog box shows all available content items that are not assigned.

Step-by-Step

  1. Click on the arrow to see all entries of a content item.
  2. Decide if content item names or content item project names should be shown by clicking the Switch between content item names and content item project names icon.
  3. Select the content items to be included in the app by clicking the corresponding check boxes. If you click the check box in front of the content item group, all content items belonging to this group will be selected. If you select only some specific entries of the group, the check box will appear in an intermediate state.

    By default the folder is selected in the Options dialog box (Workspace root folder field). There are two possibilities to select a different folder:

    Click the arrow to select one of the 20 folders you used last for projects or click the Browse button to select any other folder.

    The selected folder will be added to the dialog box and will be available for the current session.

  4. Click the Apply and Close icon to close the dialog box.
  5. Use the Cancel icon to discard all your changes and close the dialog box.

By default all content items of the folder selected in the Options dialog box (Workspace root folder field) are shown. If you select a different folder in the Select Content Items dialog box no content items will be shown by default. Click the Show all content items of the selected foldericon to show all content items of the selected folder. If this icon is active, all content items of all folders you selected in this dialog box will be shown.
