Have you used mapping in your Working Papers files before?

Mapping	Description	Solution
Inconsistent Mapping (Not default Working Papers mapping)	Map numbers are not consistently assigned to accounts when comparing mapping in one client file to another file. This is often the case if financial statements were not based on mapping but some other link such as leadsheets.	Delete existing map numbers from accounts in Working Trial Balance. Refer to removing old map numbers for more information. Use Copy Components to replace the existing map structure. Assign map numbers to client accounts.
Consistent Mapping (Working Papers map numbers)	Map numbers have been consistently assigned to accounts when comparing mapping in one client file to another file. If a standardized financial statement (linked using Map numbers) is included in the file, the mapping is probably consistently applied.	In existing client Working Papers file, select the Remap option available under the Copy Components > Groupings/Mappings option.
