Scope of functionality of the Analytics P2P app

The Analytics P2P app provides you with a convenient and transparent auditing solution to perform your own professional data analyses at any time using the manifold functionalities of IDEA in the area of purchasing/procurement based on master data, change logs and transaction data from SAP®.

The audit tests of the app – including Profiling for more transparency regarding data structure and business relationships – can be used for both central purchasing departments and decentralized audits of branches or subsidiaries. Whether as a process audit or as a fixed component in your internal control system – the practice-oriented analyses, designed in collaboration with a cross-industry user group, support you in every situation.

Refer to the app description to gain detailed insights into the app’s scope of functionality:

1. Open IDEA and go to the SmartAnalyzer tab.
2. In the ribbon click Management in the Apps group. The App Management wizard launches.
   Here you can manage your available apps and import a new app.
   
3. Click the Display apps entry to show a list of all the apps you have imported.
   
4. Click the Analytics P2P icon. The description for the Analytics P2P app is shown.
