User Defined Data command - Tools menu

Use this command to enter information that you must enter repeatedly in your CaseView documents. This data is assigned linking codes so that you can retrieve it to numerous cells.

UD Cell 1 - UD Cell 15

Enter user-defined information (up to 15 user-defined cells are available). Enter information such as your firm's name and location and the years that you want to insert in engagement letters, etc. The three fields (UD 1 through UD 3) allow up to 65 characters, the other fields allow 50 characters maximum.

Allow modification of UD data in Form Mode

Allows you to modify the user-defined information while working in CaseView's Form Mode.
