Adjusting Paragraph Spacing

1. Drag the pointer to select the paragraphs whose paragraph spacing you want to change.

2. On the Home tab, clickParagraph, and then click the Paragraph tab.

   

3. Under Spacing, in the Before and After boxes, type or select the measurement you want.

4. Click OK.
