Carry Forward command - Edit menu

Select this option to create a carry forward header/ footer that displays sub-totals of columns of figures. For more information on subtotaling figures and placing that subtotal in a carry forward header see the step by step procedures.

When selected, Working Papers/Time immediately opens the window, where the header can be created.

When completed, on the Document tab, click Modify, and then select Close header to close the window and save the carry forward.

Notes

Carry forward headers should have a height no greater than the header on the table's first page. Attaching a taller carry forward header would result in data loss at the bottom of subsequent pages.
