Collect the initial information and documents from the client

The RFI Request for Information query is automatically populated based on your responses to the Engagement Optimiser. It presents the initial inquiries and document requests the engagement team requires from the client.

Open the RFI document to review the questions and document requests. You can modify the content if required, or set up and modify visibility settings to tailor what the client sees. See Add visibility settings in queries for more information.

Once reviewed, send the RFI to the client contact using the same query workflow described for the engagement letter.
