Here's a list of what's new in the Caseware Taxflow Spring 2026 release.
Bulk tax group assignment (tax-only engagements)
You can now assign a tax group to multiple accounts in the 1-550 Tax groups assignment form, for tax-only engagements.
To assign a tax group in bulk:

Select a tax group.

Select the ➕ button to open the account selection window.

Select one or more accounts:

Use Ctrl + Click (Windows) or Cmd + Click (Mac) to select multiple accounts.

Use Shift + Click to select a range.

Use Search to locate accounts.

Click OK, then select Apply selection.
By default, only accounts without a tax group are displayed. Select Show all accounts to view or update existing mappings.
Validis integration
Validis is a software application that supports data extraction, such as trial balance and general ledger data, from various accounting packages. Validis has been added as a data connector on the Datasets tab on the Data page.
