Connector Support

Fixed an issue that caused Connector formulas to display as #NA upon closing the Excel document.
Fixed an issue where clicking a document reference in Excel would open a document from the incorrect Working Papers file if more than one file was open.

The Connector menu now includes a Tickmarks List. You can quickly mark up a Word or Excel document using tickmarks populated from the Working Papers file.
