Registry repair for upgraded operating systems
Oct 27th, 2017
Why do I receive a registry setting error prompt in Working Papers after upgrading my operating system?
You may receive an error prompt that indicates Working Papers detected a problem with its registry settings as a result of an upgrade to your Operating System. You’ll need to repair your registry settings to restore access to Working Papers.
To repair your registry settings:
- On the registry setting repair prompt, click Yes to proceed.
- If you’re prompted to allow CWSoftwareKeyLink to make changes to your computer, click Yes. You’ll need administrator login credentials to perform this step. If you don’t have access to an administrative login, contact your IT department.
- On the completion dialog, click OK to close Working Papers.
You have repaired your registry settings. Working Papers will operate normally the next time you open the application.
