CaseView stops responding after installing a Windows update

After installing a Windows update, CaseView may stop responding when opening a document or attempting to save a document as a PDF.


Microsoft has released an update to resolve this issue. Install the update based on your current version of Windows 10.

To determine your Windows 10 version:

  1. Open the Windows Start menu and click Settings.
  2. Click System | About.
  3. Under Windows Specifications, check the Version.
