Why are my CaseWare Cloud login credentials no longer working for Working Papers/Time?

Problem

When a user is prompted to log in to CaseWare Cloud in Working Papers or Time, putting in their correct username and password does not work. This problem occurs due to a change in Cloud 22.0. The first time a user logs in to the new version of Cloud, they are prompted to review and accept the License Agreement and the Terms of Use. Users will also be prompted to accept the License and Terms whenever CaseWare updates them.

 

 

 

Solution

The user must open Cloud in a web browser and log in there. They will be prompted to accept the License Agreement and the Terms of Use. Once they have accepted and logged in to Cloud, they should be able to use their credentials to log in to Cloud in Working Papers as well.
