Cannot log into Quickbooks Online through Export Utility
Affected Version: QB Utility and Quickbooks Online
Issue: After signing into a Quickbooks Online account, the Quickbooks Export Utility becomes unresponsive on the connecting screen when exporting a file.
- Open Control Panel | Default Program | Set Default Programs.
- In the Programs pane, browse and select Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge.
- Click Set this program as default.
- Ensure QuickBooks Online is running in the background.
- Export using the utility 1.069.
