"No records were found" when Printing Invoices

I am receiving the following error message when I attempt to print multiple invoices from a range.



This issue is caused by outstanding Windows updates. Running Windows Update resolves this issue.


  1. Open Control Panel and double-click Windows Update.
  2. Select Change Settings and select Install updates automatically (recommended).
  3. Click OK.
