Error 30 when Printing to PDF on Windows 10

Problem:

Saving or printing to PDF after an upgrade to Windows 10 may produce Error 30 - Printer not activated. The issue occurs if Working Papers was installed before an upgrade to Windows 10 or applying a Windows 10 update, such as the Windows 10 Anniversary Update.

Solution:

Reinstall Working Papers. If the issue is not resolved, contact CaseWare Technical Support.
