Unable to log in to Quickbooks Online through Export Utility

Issue

I am unable to login to my QuickBooks online account while authorizing the utility to export data.

Solution

You'll need to download the latest version of the QuickBooks Export Utility from MyCaseware.

To download the QuickBooks Export Utility from MyCaseware:

  1. Login to MyCaseware.
  2. On the ribbon, click Support | Working Papers, or Support Downloads | Working Papers from the dashboard.
  3. In the list of downloads, click QuickBooks Export Utility.
  4. Open the QuickBooks Export Utility drop-down, and click Download the QBExportSetup.exe.
  5. Run the installer using Administrator rights and complete the InstallShield Wizard.

You have installed the updated version of the QuickBooks Export Utility. This will enable you to login to your QuickBooks online account.
