We are a medium sized software company, steps away from TTC and within walking distance of GO Transit (Union station). We're looking for an outgoing, team focused Solutions Delivery Specialist with a strong Accounting background.

The Solutions Delivery Specialist will work with distributors and customers (over the phone) and remotely, to ensure the business and technical requirements are fulfilled in a thorough and efficient manner.

Your job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Client Technical Support

  • Primary point of contact for large client’s deployment of CaseWare products
  • Diagnose, manage and drive to resolution client’s operational software issues
  • Document incidents, their resolution and root-causes to enhance knowledge sharing
  • Coordinate with other departments, ensuring solutions provide a high level of client satisfaction
  • Perform diagnostic testing and acceptance tests on customer environments
  • Occasionally provide tier 3 technical support
  • Work towards establishing common, reusable infrastructure approaches, minimizing complexity from one-off approaches
