support our growth, CaseWare IDEA is looking for a Business Development

Representative who can help acquire, follow-up, and administer our new sales

opportunities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic sales professional, who is interested in

filling a pivotal role that drives prospect and new revenue generation opportunities, in

the rapidly growing analytics industry. The ideal candidate is excited about engaging

with our prospects and customers at all levels, and is able to quickly articulate and

demonstrate how our solutions will meet their needs.

To thrive in this role, you must be organized, persistent, an excellent communicator,

detail oriented and able to work independently. You must be able to produce high-

quality business correspondence. In this role, you should also be able to prepare

reports and documentation using office software, including email, CRM, spreadsheets,

LinkedIn and PowerPoint.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

 Responding to and processing incoming calls/leads and qualifying them for

Outbound Sales Executives/Channel Partners.

 Opportunity qualification leading to appointments for Account Executives.

 Responding to Prospect, Client and Channel Partner requests for product

information, documentation and clarifications.

 CRM Lead Management using Microsoft Dynamics.

 Prepare lead status reports to measure success including lead generation

activities, sales opportunity creation, and adherence to targets.

 Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities back to the sales process.

 Ability to use Social Media to generate leads such as LinkedIn

 Ability to lead and follow-up on lead generation campaigns in partnership with

Marketing

 Other duties as required.

Requirements:

 Previous Business Development, Lead Generation and Management experience,

ideally in a software market, for a minimum of 2 year.

 Significant skill in communicating with prospects and clients

 Ability to query and report on information from various sources such as CRM

Systems.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.

 Proficient with CRM (MS Dynamics) and MS Office.

 Proficient with Social Media platforms such as LinkedIn

 Highly motivated self- starter.

 Some experience in the Audit, Analytics, or Financial fields would be ideal.

 Ability to communicate and write in both English and French would be ideal
