We are currently seeking a Licensing Support / Customer Service agent to join our downtown office on a full-time basis. Position hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Duties:

  • Assist clients with software licensing inquiries.
  • Analyze clients’ licensing needs to provide the most effective solution.
  • Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries from clients and potential clients.
  • Provide additional general Customer Service and Sales assistance.
