The mouse cursor jumps around the screen when hovering over an annotation

Issue

The mouse cursor jumps around the screen when attempting to hover over an annotation (note or document reference).

Solution

This issue is caused by certain mouse drivers that affect the cursor's precision when using Working Papers.

To correct the cursor's precision:

1. Open the Windows Control Panel.
2. Click Hardware and Sound | Mouse.
3. In the Mouse Properties dialog, click the Pointer Options tab.
4. In the Motion group, deselect Enhance pointer precision. Click Apply and then OK.

The mouse cursor no longer jumps when hovering over an annotation.
