Issue

Attempting to open Working Papers results in the error message "Working Papers cannot run because the Data Store is not functioning correctly. Please contact technical support".

Solution

Reinstall Working Papers. To obtain the installation file, log in to your CaseWare account or contact your organization's license administrator.
