Having commentary appear instead of the account name

Did you know that you can have commentary appear instead of the account name in adjusting journal entries automatic documents?

Use the extended description field for adjusting journal entries.

On the Account menu, select Adjusting Journal Entries.

Click . When an extended description is entered, that description appears instead of the account name in all adjusting journal entries automatic documents except for the general ledger document.
