Web page could not be found

This message indicates that the path to the web pages can't be found. The web pages should be located in the directory where specified during setup.

What to do.....

Check and confirm where the html files were setup:

1. From one of the forms e.g. Client form, go to properties (right click on the form).
2. Go to Home Page tab and ensure that the location of Web Pages is correct.
3. This should be a directory where all users have access rights to, usually on a shared file server.
4. If this is not the case, check with the network administrator to locate the proper directory and change the path accordingly. This has to be done for all folders.

For the public folder the html files must be setup on a Shared Drive on the network.

Home page paths must point to the html files on that Shared network drive.

For the personal folder the html files are setup on the local drive.
