Unable To sign off procedures In CICA Templates
Problem:
The column in which to sign off completed procedures in the Review, Audit and Compilation templates is not available.
Solution:
Changes have been made to the template package recently. If the template itself is accessed, the procedures and checklists will be displayed in an administrative view where their version numbers can be compared to current releases, and where procedures can be edited, removed and moved around, etc. When the document is brought into a client file for use, it is converted into a format which contains the applicable sign off columns.
If the document has already been copied into a client file and the columns still do not display, the document should be copied in again using the Copy Template function or the Document Library.
