Traditional Line Styles
Problem:
How do I create a "traditional" line style where only the number columns are underlined in a table and the line does not extend across the whole area?
Solution:
In Financial Statement Options under Formatting|Other the "Columns to underline in statements" area there are two options:
"All columns" - select to underline across the whole table.
"Numeric columns only" - select to create a more traditional look.
In each table row the specific columns to be underlined can be set using the Line menu. This allows you to underline any combination of the columns.
If you do not want the spaces between the columns underlined you can change it in the Financial Statement options under Formatting|Other "Underline spaces between columns".
