Staff time displayed as overtime
Problem:
In the Time Analysis Report, all time entered for the various staff is displayed as overtime hours. How do we get the time to display properly as regular hours?
Solution:
Standard hours must be entered for each staff. If no standard hours are entered, the Time Analysis Report displays all time as overtime hours.
To enter standard hours for each staff member, do the following:
- On the Setup menu, click Staff.
- In the Staff no. box, select the staff member for whom you want to enter standard hours.
- Click the Standard Hours box.
- In the boxes provided, specify the number of hours on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
- In the Days Off box, specify the number of vacation days per year to which the staff member is entitled.
