Limiting who can synchronize data
Problem:
How can I prevent users from performing the synchronization processes? I only want them to enter and view data in Outlook.
Solution:
In Today, the option is available during installation to include or exclude synchronization.
If you select:
Without synchronization, the program is installed with the minimum required options only. This is recommended for users using public folders who will NOT perform synchronization.
