How to enter large series of information into Excel via Connector
Problem:
I would like to enter a large amount of information into Excel using Connector without having to enter each one manually.
For example, I would like to link several account numbers at once. Can this be done?
Solution:
This can be done by selecting the appropriate drop-down lists in the Connector toolbar for the first entry, then highlight the required number of cells in a column or row and click the Equals button on the Connector toolbar. Connector will increment the formulas automatically to bring in unique information for each cell.
In the case of account numbers, the first highlighted cell will link the account number selected in the Connector dropdowns, with each subsequent showing the next account in numerical order.
