Error Number 310
Problem:
Not a correct Index File.
Working Papers is unable to read the contents of a database index file (.CDX).
Solution:
.CDX files are expendable. If they become unreadable, simply delete the file and Working Papers will reindex the database and create a .CDX file when the client file is opened. If this does not correct the problem, the issue lies in the database itself and is simply being represented in the index file. If this is the case, please contact CaseWare Support for assistance.
